The City of Richland/Angus Police Department is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our citizens through professionally supported and trained police offers. Officers strive to provide an environment that will allow citizens to live and work in a safe and secure community.

The City of Angus has entered into an interlocal agreement with the City of Richland to provide police service within the city limits of Angus.  If you need police assistance, please call the Navarro County Sheriff's Office at 903-654-3002 or dial 911.  They will dispatch an officer from Richland, if one is available, or send a Navarro County Sheriff's Deputy to your location.
